Accountants, bookkeepers, business owners and anybody who knows people who dread February. You get a code, every signup that uses it is recorded against you, and you can see who and what at any time.
Ask for a code. A person approves it. It arrives on WhatsApp.
Four steps, and one of them is a person
A referral code is money, so it is not something a form hands out on its own. The step that makes a code live is a human being looking at the request and saying yes.
1. You ask
Name, email and the mobile number your WhatsApp is on. A code is set aside for you straight away, and it earns nothing yet.
2. Somebody checks
Your request lands in the support queue and a member of the OptiTax team reviews it by name. Usually the same working day.
3. The code arrives
On approval it goes to your WhatsApp, because that is where you will want it when you are actually talking to somebody.
4. You watch it
Log in and see who signed up with your code, what has converted, and which of them lands in the run being paid.
CLOSES ON THE 23RD.PAID ON THE 25TH.
The books close two days before the run so somebody has time to check the numbers rather than approving them on the morning they go out. Anything introduced after the 23rd belongs to the next run, and your dashboard tells you which run each of your signups is in before you have to ask.
The run being counted now closes 23 October and pays 25 October. After that: 23 November and 25 November.
