Five stages, always in the same order
Invite the client
The practice sends a WhatsApp or email invitation. The client lands in a portal carrying the practice's own identity, not a generic sign-up page.
Receive the evidence
Slips, statements, IRP5s and certificates arrive by WhatsApp, upload or email. Everything is logged against the client's file with a timestamp.
Process and classify
The engine reads each document, matches transactions and receipts to the return, and maps claims to SARS codes and known expense categories.
Review the gaps
Instead of re-checking a whole file, the accountant works from a queue of what is missing, unclear or worth a second look.
Communicate and sign off
The accountant messages the client for anything still needed, then reviews and signs off as the registered practitioner. The engine sorts. It does not file, and it does not sign.
